Operations

Rawhide mine commenced operation in 1990 and has operated continuously since then, although not always with active mining. In 2019, the mining and crushing operations re-started when the Regent Pit was brought into production. The Regent pit is located 3 miles from the Rawhide pit. The Company is updating the current resource and reviewing additional areas to continue adding to the mine's potential value.

Future of the Project

The Rawhide mine is growing production and resources. The first exploration program that has been done on the site in over 5 years, was undertaken in 2020. Rawhide mine is incorporating mineralization from the Regent Pit as well as +90 million tonnes of heap leach pad material into an updated 43-101 compliant resource and preliminary economic assessment, which is anticipated to further extend the life of the mine as well as bring additional value.

The Mine

Located in the Walker Lane Trend, Nevada, the Rawhide Mine has been in continuous operations since 1990. Operations are currently ramping up from 35,000 gold equivalent ounces (GEOs) to 45,000 GEOs per year. Since 1990, more than 1.96MM gold equivalent ounces have been produced.

The Operation is fully permitted for expansion with numerous identified exploration targets and thus, potential to increase both the life of mine and production scale.
